Second chance love is my favorite trope, and this has the beginnings of a fantastic reunion! Right away we get little bits of what happened to keep these, obviously, well suited characters apart. As well as the pain it has caused them throughout the years. We also see how theirs families play an important part of their past, and how involved the are in their current situation. I can’t wait to read more about the meddling moms and all the ways they help to reunite the couple!
The setting is every bit as steamy as the tension between the main characters, I can almost feel the humidity as the author described the weather. I’m looking forward to doing a little arm chair traveling to the Florida Keys, and hearing some more about the exotic places that Alejandro has traveled for his photography. And how Anamaria has grown her business with the help of her family. So much to look forward to with this one.
