The other thing that bothers me about this book is that all of the characters are way too talented and good looking to be representative of real life counterparts. Yes, they have flaws, but mainly ones that are on the inside.
Overall, Anchored Hearts is a fast read which is easy to pick up and put down at will. There is nothing surprising about this romance and I did not really form any kind of connection with the characters.
