I read “An Island Affair” when it first came out and I fell in love with the characters. Not only did I experience Key West through the eyes of the characters, but I loved all of the members Luis’ families. I am so happy to read the beginning of Annamarias story. I loved the love story of Luis and Sarah and I can only imagine this one will be just as special.
The characters are funny and also realistic. With histories and family drama that are both relatable and believable. The setting is beautiful. In a time when I haven’t taken a vacation going on two years now I love that I can visualize everything that beautiful Key West has to offer.
I have been eagerly awaiting a follow up since I read an “An island affair” and I can guess that this book will be just as great. I can’t wait to see what happens with Alejandro and Annamaria and to see how their families meddle in their business (which may be just as good as the love story.)
