This seems like a incredibly cute rom com read. Anamaría is a strong leading lady, both in personality and physical strength (we love a female firefighter!). Alejandro is the gorgeous tall, dark, and handsome leading man, but he is harboring a wounded heart both from a love lost as well as family turmoil. Set in Key West, this story is steeped in loves lost and family values. While I am sure many a romance novel are set in Key West as a vacation spot, the characters of Anchored Hearts are born and raised there, giving a deeper look into the life and culture there. This is a damn good story and I can't wait to finish it!
