As I started reading this book, I had flashbacks to Island Affair, which I read an excerpt of but didn't complete. I'm not sure if Anamaria was introduced in that book, so I feel like I'm probably missing out on some backstory about her and this guy that her mom is forcing her to see after they've been broken up for 12 years and she's still apparently super upset about it which shows that she obviously still has feelings for him, so we can totally see where this is going...
