I enjoyed Oliveras's novel, Island Affair, and am happy to see that she's continuing on with the Navarro family. I had a great time with that big inclusive family, and the fact that we get to hang out with Anamaria (she was an absolute joy!) is just awesome.
Right away you get sucked back in to that Navarro family drama and I was laughing within the first few pages. I can't wait to see how this second-chance romance pans out, and I can't wait to watch the matriarch of the Navarro family meddle her way in again. Alejandro seems like a hero I can love and if this first look is anything to go by, I definitely will.
So far this book seems spicier than its predecessor, and I can't wait to see how having both a hero and heroine that are Cuban transmits into the story. This book seems like a lot of fun and I can't wait to see what Anamaria and Alejandro get up to.
