First of all, I loved the bright cover--it immediately took me to sunny Key West in my mind. I want to broaden my horizons by reading about different cultures, and the author helps me to do so. I enjoy the way she switches back and forth between Spanish and English (but without breaking dialogue, explains the meaning of the Spanish words I may not recognize.) I like the closeness of the families and I am already caught up in the antics of the two meddling mamis and the romantic tension between Alejandro and Anamaria. I can't wait to see where this story goes.
