As a Florida librarian, I am always interested in finding books that are fun fictional reads, but also offer an authentic multicultural representation of the people who live in our state. Particularly the underrepresented Puerto Rican and Cuban culture that is so prevalent. The cover is bright, fun, and gives the reader a genuine feel of opening the tropics. I can see this being an excellent "beach" read, along with the first in the series. In looking at our collection, we only have the first book as an electronic copy. If this book should turn out as good as it sounds, it would be an honor to recommend that both titles be added to our physical collection.
