Not sure at first, but now I need to know!

When I first started this chapter, the neediness of the wife slightly annoyed me. I wasn't sure that I could read an entire book with a character that seemed so dependent on someone else. But as the story started to play out, by the end of the short chapter, I wanted to find out more. I would love to read this story!
