I love a good domestic fiction, especially when there promises to be thrills and lies in the mix. However, I struggle with British fiction at times. Some of the vocabulary throws me off and I don't always understand the plot points. I worry I miss something in translation. I think the premise of this book sounds quite intriguing, but maybe the writing style just isn't for me.
