I want to like it. The cover is great, it hints at mystery. Alas, the rest is something you'd find in a supermarket checkout line. This will probably sell well, and many will love it. Just not me.
The premise is that the rich woman marries an influential man. Man is accused of doing bad. The wife deems him innocent. The lawyer, determined to get the truth, believes him guilty. But both the lawyer and the wife have doubts.
My guess is that he's innocent, but guilty of other secrets. They all fight, all are redeemed and the husband and wife drive off into the sunset in their Audi with picture perfect children.
