I think my dirty guilty pleasure in reading comes in the form of legal scandals. I would never admit to someone casually that this is a genre I enjoy reading. It would never come to mind. Yet every single time I read one I get hooked. I love seeing a puzzle unfold. I love guessing the unreliable narrators.
So here I sit. I’d never pick this book up based on the cover or title. Thanks to this sneak peak though, I’m insanely curious about how it all goes down.
