I have to say, that of the three books sampled this week, this was the one that intrigued me the least going into reading them. Unfortunately the First Look hasn't done much to change that. While it is well written, and has an interesting premise, it failed to really draw me in and I had trouble finishing it. Maybe the book gets better, but I'm not sure I'll make it far enough into the book to find out.
