I was not impressed with this First Impression of the book. It was 10 pages of rich women sitting around talking about housework. There was no intrigue; usually with a book like this you get politics or sex or familial drama. Give me some recreational drug use, at minimum (Weeds, anyone?).
I hope this book gets better, and I am sure it does. In my opinion, the author could have done a better job of setting up the long-term storyline in the first 10 pages.
