I don't know if they really end up in a bar together, but we do their paths intersect. Kim Loomis is a founding member of Homemakers Association of Vermont (HAV) as well as a mortician. Melody is an assassin and in the midst of her 27th job when we meet her. This First Impression just included a couple of chapters where we can start to get a feel for the two female lead characters. It seems like Kim likes to be in charge and does not like to be contradicted. Melody is glad that she works out regularly because this job isn't going as planned, and she's grateful she can drag a body. Her dog is waiting in the car. I"m not sure where the story is going, but I am sure it will be entertaining.
