When I read the synopsis, I thought that this book would be right up my alley. I love legal thrillers, I love paranormal elements; on paper I would love this book. But it seems like I’m missing something from the first look; I know this is a sequel, maybe it doesn’t stand alone? I think I’d need to read the first in this series to really be able to appreciate this one, but I’m intrigued.
