I really loved the intriguing plot and quick dialogue of this one. The main character, Sam, seems like he's going to be a fascinating protagonist to follow through the book. His job as a defense attorney combined with a strange supernatural calling, plus the array of fun side characters, makes Almost Damned really enjoyable to read. Would definitely keep reading.
