This one didn't wow me. It seemed like there was a lot, I would argue too much even, going on. There's a legal aspect that's the focus but also some sort of fantasy/paranormal element as well. I understand that it's the sequel so perhaps I'm missing a lot, but it definitely wasn't the kind of sequel that could work as a standalone to me. Even with the relatively long character list, it was just too much to sort through for me.
