I feel like this book just isn't for me -- there's more of a focus on the plot than the characters, which just isn't my personal preference. The legal thriller plot was engaging, but the characters felt like cardboard cut outs inserted into the story, rather than people with layers. I'm not an avid thriller reader, though, so it may just be that this just isn't my genre.
