Almost Damned tells the story of Samson, a criminal defense attorney with a mysterious background. The trouble is, it's almost TOO confusing. The passage begins with Sam meeting some dead female relatives and then shifts to a rape trial, which involves some graphic language. Then it quickly shifts back to the prep he's doing on another case. Overall, the details were hard to follow.
The jacket cover was interesting though and hints at some potential biblical background, which would make sense with his name, Samson. Overall, this one wasn't for me.
