I've read a number of books by Ann Rule, so I was excited to read one by her daughter ... especially as we share the same first name!
This book has the feel of watching a documentary unfold. Though the title is "a tangled web," the book is not. It's interesting to see how everyone mentioned in the book is connected to each other.
Thought I've never considered online dating, this book should give pause to anyone considering that option.
Some parts of this book were hard to believe. and what made this book better than most thrillers I've read is that it's true. As the saying goes, the truth can be scarier than fiction.
I have seen the Snapped episode about this case, but I may have to check it out, especially as this book goes into such detail that it'd be interesting to see it on TV, too.
