This was my first book by the author, Leslie Rule, but I have read several of Ann Rule's (her mom) books. This was a thrilling, scary. page - turner of a book not only because of the mystery of the crime (although we knew pretty early on 'who-dunnit') but because of the use of technology to advance this crime and the subsequent harassment of friends and family.
Leslie Rule did a nice job laying out the players in the story and leading us up through the crime as it developed until it's final days in the courtroom. The killer is definitely a scary person and she controlled so many people before, during and after the crime! She is a monster and this story seems well researched and can be used as a cautionary tale for anyone involved online and on dating platforms!
