I very much enjoyed the prologue giving the life story of Ann Rule and introducing her daughter Leslie. There was a lot about Ann that I didn't know, and it was all interesting. I wasn't as fond of the first chapter. How long did this guy sleep with this woman, always telling her after sex that he wouldn't commit to her? And he thought this situation would end well? Really?
