At first I thought it was a book on the life of the daughter of the author of true crimes, but it morphed into more. The story the daughter is telling of a female murderer and maybe serial killer. One woman who is jealous of her man seeing other woman. He isn't cheating but has told her on numerous ocassions he isn't looking for a committment and if she is cool with it, then they can hook up, but she won't take the hint/truth no matter how he says it and he won't entirely cut her loose not seeing the harm in sexing her when convenient.
