I have only read one of Ann Rule's books (The Stranger Beside Me) but I do love true crime. Who knows what is so captivating about the people that turn out to be monsters? This book carries on the family tradition well, laying the groundwork for the story through the details. I have a suspicion about where things are going, but I look forward to seeing how it all plays out.
