This world created by Aya de Leon is thrilling. You are left with a need to know what is going to happen next! Yolanda Vance is an amazing relatable character just trying to find her place in the world and but after an interesting turn of events, she seems to be front and center in the action. I loved the real-life references to things such as COVID and issues about racial discrimination. This book is a must-read for anybody looking into books about real-life social injustice and figuring out their place in the world. I enjoyed this book very much and I can't wait to read more of Aya de Leon's books. I highly recommend this book to anybody who wants to learn more about racial discrimination from the point of view of a woman in the middle of it all. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did, it was an amazing read even though I'm not a realistic fiction reader I enjoyed this a lot.
