While this type of book doesn’t normally grab my attention with a glance, I decided to read the preview anyway. Having grown up in the Bay Area (although not the area the book takes place in), I was curious. Yolanda Vance seems like an extremely intriguing character, and I would really like to get to know her better. I think I will enjoy reading the rest of this one.
