Yolanda is not willing to break the law. Due to her stance, she loses her job, and is marked unacceptable for any other corporate law firm. Therefore, Yolanda goes to work for the FBI. She is assigned a case in San Francisco, but has to work with an agent that clearly doesn’t like her. She is assigned to infiltrate a gang. It doesn’t have this in the excerpt, but I already feel there will be sexual tension explored in this novel.
