I was so into this and it let me down

A woman of color taking down a evil secret organization is amazing. I was sold on the premise but....then a forced romance had to ruin it. Honestly, if this book was more towards the mystery/suspense end and left the romance at the door I would have, ironically, fallen in LOVE.
