Commonfolk Publishing

Commonfolk Publishing was co-founded in 2020 by independent Australian singer-songwriter, Ziggy Alberts. Distinct from his musical work, Alberts' poetry and prose unveil some of his most intimate life revelations, universally resonant and learned from life at home and on the road.

His debut poetry book, 'brainwaves', was released in early 2021 as a collection of deeply personal, frank, insightful yet relatable exploration of life's experiences and emotions, both looking inwards and out.
His follow-up poetry book, sun memos, offers readers a fresh perspective on Alberts' reflective journey and the insights garnered through a mindful and deliberate approach to living.
