First off I rated this book a 3 mainly due to the fact that it is not usually a type of book I go for. It does offer some good techniques that can be used in conversations.
I do not usually struggling holding conversations with people, but I did realize that sometimes I do like to predict what people will say and then I am not engaged in the conversation anymore and either quickly end it or just simply walk away. I due tend to ask closed ended questions and may need to work on that a bit.
This book did show me some examples on how to stay engaged during different scenarios and not to be afraid to ask open ended questions instead.
I think that I will pass this book on to others who may have the same difficulties that are described in this book. There are a few things that I did grasp and will try them out during some future conversations.
