I really enjoyed this book. I found the information to be enlightening and it’s making me try to be a better listener.
The author discusses how listening more can help you have better relationships and win people over more easily. She gives many examples of people who have been successful by saying less and listening a lot more.
You don’t think that maybe it’s unpleasant for everyone to be the person that interrupts others or the one that never stops talking. This book really makes you think about your interactions with people and how to get the best out of them.
I think this should be required reading for everyone!
