Loved this. A lesson we all need learn to be a better listener!

This book was so enlightening. Definitely points out so many good things on how to be a better, more effective listener. In this day and age we are all glued to our phones and have a million things going on in our heads. We all want someone to truly listen to us and hear what we are saying without being half distracted by something else. This book definitely opened my eyes to subtle things I didn't realize was distracting me from fully listening to others. I believe this book will help me in 2020 deepen my relationships in every area of my life. I throughly enjoyed the writing style of the author and chunks of humor here and there to lighten this topic. I have the time to really listen to someone if I choose to and put my phone down!
