I have yet to finish this book, as I unfortunately left it at home, but so far, I am in love with everything about it. The information, the style of narration, absolutely everything. I never realized how true it is, too, that society teaches us that good listening is only letting the other person talk until it's our turn, until we get to say our piece. The second I started reading this, I made a promise to myself to try to 'actually listen,' or at the very least pay more attention to the other person, and not just use every conversation as a placeholder for my opinion, and treat the other person simply add an obstacle to my speaking. I would strongly recommend this book to anyone, regardless of taste in books. It's important information.
