I don’t generally do nonfiction, so I’m going to keep this review kinda brief. It isn’t something I would generally pick up, but it is something I needed to pick up. I’m the type of person who will spend hours on the phone with people while doing something else, I’m not a good listener and I’m very aware of that. This book was very eye opening as to why it’s important that I change those habits.
You’re not listening is very hard hitting on society as a whole. There are few people I would point out in my life that I feel actually listen to me. It’s worth every person picking up this book just to understand the importance of conversation.
