You’re Not Listening is exactly the book we need to be reading right now. Especially in our current political climate. This is an excellent read, with the right amount of research and easy to read language that appeals to a range of readers. I appreciate that it isn’t too technical.
Highly quotable, one that I’ll be going back to over and over. The author does an amazing job giving quality examples and day to day ways to use the information provided. I wish I had read this earlier in life. This is one that would be give to many of my family members, who often refuse to listen and choose to argue or speak over others.
