The book is written from an experienced journalist perspective offering a wealth of knowledge. She explains how listening expands into body language, loneliness, and offers tips on how to improve your skills. I was surprised to learn some of the best listeners are in espionage, and interrogation. I think this book covers everything about listening and provides a unique new perspective. Highly recommend this as a read.
