It is so true that no one really honestly listens and more importantly hears what is being said to them. My ex husband can't let Anybody speak without interrupting just to argue a minor point. Even social media is mainly people arguing simply because they don't agree rather than having an actual dialogue to learn of other view points. Very timely book.
