I work in Education where we are constantly under pressure via the clock. Time can be our enemy. We find that folks do not listen, parents, kids, teacher, administrators. We are all fighting the battle to get "it" done before "whatever time". Many misunderstandings, hurt feelings, extra work or work not getting done is often linked to not listening or partially listening. I wish we all could step back and practice actively listening to one another.
