I thought that this was going to be a book that I wasn't going to be interested in at all. Surprisingly though, I found it easy to read and get into. The stories kept my attention and I really enjoyed learning a bit about proper listening which apparently is a dying art, much like letter writing. I would not mind reading the whole book.
