This sounds likes a great book on the importance of actually listening to people when they talk. On actually "hearing" them and using our senses to pay attention as well. Watching their body language when they talk and hearing what they may not even be saying. Everyone is so technology focused these days that we may not pick up the cues that we would have back in the day. Conversations by text or chat don't display the tone that our actual voices would put across to others.
