The cover is simple but eye catching. My first impression of this book is that THE WORLD NEEDS THIS BOOK. No one listens to listen and comprehend. I experience this every day in my life, most especially at work. People ask questions, but are already thinking of the next question they can ask or how they can weave in a story about themselves, they are not listening to the answer.
