This sounds like a book everyone should read. The title of this book immediately grabbed my attention. We live in a world today constantly filled with distractions and instant gratification that we rarely take the time out to sit and process things or listen to people especially when their ideals differ from our own. I think we all could probably learn something new from a book like this and I'm curious to hear the author's perspective of how we can all become better listeners.
