Great first look, attention-grabbing intro.

I haven't read much self-help or non-fiction in a while and this preview was a breath of fresh air in that direction. The writing style is very direct yet informative and I could agree with a lot of the insight it provides. The number of chapters and topics seems wide, though I hope it will include a lot of meaningful thought toward how information overload and distractions play into listening abilities. I think the book cover could be more aesthetically relevant to the subject matter.
