I like this book. I deep dive into people not paying attention. I have to say I felt a little attacked because of the excerpt and my inability to keep focus on anything unless it is something I specifically want to do (like read).
While reading this book I kept thinking about how Gladwell-esque it felt and I really liked that. The difference is however, not only does Murphy have a great ability to research and spin a nonfiction tale, but she adds humanity and a down-to-earth flavor with her sense of humor.
