I'll be the first to admit that I'm a terrible listener. For one reason or another, there's always something grabbing my attention when I'm trying to hold a conversation. So, I found these chapters of the book extremely interesting. I especially liked that it started with how listening relates to attachment theory and how good listeners are curious people. I'm interested to see what else the author's uncovered, and whether she has any tips for being a better listener, as well.
