I get what this book is trying to do. It's trying to highlight the importance of having face-to-face, meaningful conversations instead of just spending all day scrolling through your phone. But I'm one of those rare millennials that still knows how to have meaningful conversations. I listen to my friends and family all the time and, while I'm not listened to THAT much, I still have that void filled with my best friend. We are always listening to each other whenever we need to. Also, the author seems to be a little high on themselves. Like, almost talking down to the readers like: Listen to me! I know better than you do! I don't think I'd personally gain anything from reading this.
