I wasn’t sure about this book since the genre was listed as “Christian,” but thus far I was pleasantly surprised as there hasn’t been any religious subject matter. I like the writing style and how the author jumped right into the book - from the very first sentence I was hooked!
The cover is adorable and has a similar appearance / vibe to other books I’ve read recently!
I did find the first look to be a bit confusing, however, as it jumped right from the introduction (“Our Two Heroes”) to chapter 5. What happened to the first 4 chapters?! Nonetheless, I am excited to read on and discover what happens on Jamie and Sean’s 185 mile journey!
