I judge books by their covers, and I loved this one. The fact that it's a memoir makes it even better, and the story it tells is sure to be compelling. I was surprised by the maps at the beginning of the excerpt, but I think it's a great addition. The writing style is also perfect for me, so I think this will be a great read.
