I've heard lots of praise for Sean Dietrich's writing and have one of his novels on my to-be-read shelves, but I just haven't made the time to read it yet.

I was first charmed by this book's illustrated cover and title, and then really enjoyed the preview chapters. Beginning with such an emotionally vulnerable experience, I was immediately drawn into Jamie and Sean's story. Their love for each other is obvious, and their strong bond is envious. I felt like it was them against the world, and they were going to win despite the odds.

Like them, I am definitely an indoors person so I can't wait to read more about their adventures of taking on this ambitious effort. With reading just a brief sample of their story, I can only imagine the challenges that await them on their cycling journey.

I especially appreciate that this book is from Zondervan, a publisher of Christian non-fiction. My faith is important to me, and I hope You Are My Sunshine includes elements of the couple's faith.
